Kickoff & Design

What Happens
What We Need From You
- You’ll receive an outreach email requesting to complete our onboarding form (unless already completed).
- A Kick-Off Call will be scheduled once the form is completed.
- Complete the onboarding form prior to the Kick-Off Call.
- On the Kick-Off Call, you'll need to provide:
- Your homepage design thoughts and spotlight pages.
- Your Domain ownership details.
- Grant access to your Google Accounts (GBP, GA, GSC).
- Third Party Integrations (Chat, CRM, etc.)
Timeframe: First week after Payment Portal. Setup & Invoices paid in full.
Note: Stage 2 cannot begin until all onboarding items are submitted, including the onboarding form, homepage design choice, spotlight page selections, domain access, and Google access. This will affect your launch date.

Website Development

We will begin building your website, including:
- Homepage development
- Content migration
- Spotlight page creation
- Domain setup
- Google Analytics setup
- No action needed unless questions arise. Your PC will reach out if anything is missing.
Timeframe: 2-3 weeks

Staging URL Delivery

- Your PC provides a staging URL to review & schedules Review Call.
- Review the staging site promptly & gather any edits you may have for your new site.

Revisions & Edits
Milestones
What Happens
What We Need From You
- Your PC will gather your final edits.
- Submit all final edits no later than one week prior to the launch date.

Final Review & Approval

What Happens
What We Need From You
- Your PC will complete all submitted edits.
- Final quality assurance checks are completed.
- Sign and return the Launch Authorization form provided by your PC.
Timeframe: 1 week
